Rates & Reservations Nightly Rate is $195 per night. This starts Dec. 1st, 2007 through March 31st, 2008. Holiday rates apply for Dec 21st 2007 to Jan 1st 2008, and Feb. 15 - 18, 2008 which goes for $250 per night. Our units are available for longer rentals during the off-season starting April to November 31st 2007. The monthly rate is $1295 with all utilities paid.
